What To Expect On Your Wedding Day With Us
Booking a wedding at Havasu Springs Resort guarantees you a little slice of heaven down on the south end of beautiful Lake Havasu. Each space is sure to impress guests with unparalleled mountain and lake views. Book a private site tour with one of our professional venue coordinators and they will lead you through the endless wedding possibilities at Havasu Springs Resort. After booking your wedding with us, you will experience a private food tasting with countless catering choices with our talented food and beverage director, Norm Nowak, with The Springs Dining. A complimentary consultation with our exclusive floral designer, Meraki Botanical Designs, is also included with your booking. The Kick Off!
You will kick off your wedding festivities by checking into one of our unique motel rooms at Havasu Springs Resort. Each couple is given a complimentary two night stay in one of our 44 motel rooms onsite (pending availability). This provides the bride or the groom with a private space to get ready for the day. Nearly all of our rooms (with the exception of our Marina rooms) offer a kitchenette to keep the mimosas chilled and the snacks on deck.
Let's Rehearse!
Once you’re checked in, you will likely head over to your scheduled ceremony rehearsal. Some of your most important guests will get a first look of your picturesque ceremony site. Your venue coordinator will be available to assist you and your party with any questions to ensure your vows will be exchanged exactly how you imagined!
Location, Location, Location!
The grassy lawn by our pool area is the perfect location to host your rehearsal dinner, cocktail party or casual gathering of any size post-ceremony rehearsal. If you are looking for a more intimate and private dinner party, The Oasis Room inside The Springs Dining is the venue for you, accommodating up to 50 guests. Our onsite restaurant, The Springs Dining, can cater your rehearsal dinner gathering on the resort or off-site, boasting a wide variety of cuisine.
Just Lunchin'!
Your wedding day begins with a relaxing morning filled with unsurpassed lake views and a phenomenal breakfast spread provided by The Springs Dining. As you’re getting glammed up, a catered luncheon can be delivered directly to your motel room.
Photo Time!
With scenery varying from red rock walls and docks to panoramic lake and desert backdrops, you are guaranteed all those Instagram worthy shots to keep your wedding gallery diverse! The gentlemen can head down to the docks or The Outer Harbor for some candid group photos, while the ladies head out for the serene backdrop of one of our red rock walls or out by the beaches.

Following your wedding portraits, it’s finally time to exchange your vows! Our ceremony spaces, The Pointe and The Beach, have been left in their most natural states to ensure each guest can truly take in all the elements of your romantic ceremony. You will say your vows in front of sprawling lake views, but still have the utmost intimacy. You can make each space entirely your own with designs and rentals from our exclusive florist and wedding planning team, Meraki Botanical Designs and Posh Planning & Event Co.. Make your vision a reality!
Dinner With a View!
Guests flow from each of the ceremony spaces into The Harbor Room to enjoy cocktail hour and reception. The Harbor Room is our spacious modern, industrial banquet hall that boasts near floor to ceiling windows and a grand sliding glass door that allows for guests to enjoy the private patio and watch the sunset over the desert mountains. Each couple is able to design the room entirely to their liking, whether that be crafting their dream floor plan or tailoring each of the bar and food selections with our food and beverage team. After your venue coordinator helps kick off your reception with an epic grand entrance, it is time for a dinner that will leave your guests raving for years to come. Each dinner service is orchestrated like a well oiled machine, as our food and beverage team has executed hundreds of weddings of all sizes and likings. You will have the option to speed guests through dinner with a beautifully anointed buffet or upscale your event with an all plated option. Guests will dine under the glow of our Edison light armatures that are able to be dimmed throughout your night to set the mood of your wedding.
Time To Party!
Once your meal service is done and the cake is cut, each of our lights will be dimmed to set the perfect mood. Put on your dancing shoes, it’s time to get your dancing shoes on and enjoy the newlywed life!
