Havasu Springs Resort has 44 motel rooms and over 100 full-hookup RV sites on our property. We do encourage all guests to research each of our accommodation types, as the resort is spread out and each of our room types have different amenities & charm to them. Guests are able to book their wedding accommodations up to a year in advance and each reservation requires the first night’s deposit.
Online reservations can be made on our main resort website, though this system will shut off at a certain occupancy rate to avoid double bookings and discounted wedding rates do not get applied automatically. The simplest way to reserve a room or space is by giving the main office a call at 928-667-3361 (option 2) and our staff will be sure to break down what will suit everyone’s needs the best. Room blocks are also available based on availability. Ask a member of the venue team for more information.
Due to the landscape of our ceremony sites, we encourage guests to plan accordingly for their attire. Stilettos are typically not the best option to navigate through our beach or desert pathway up to the Pointe. We do offer a golf cart shuttle 45 minutes prior to your ceremony invitation time and immediately following your ceremony to aid guests who may be elderly or disabled to and from your ceremony site.
Havasu Springs Resort is located approximately 20 minutes from both Parker and Lake Havasu City. If you choose to stay in either one of these areas, there is not only a plethora of things to do but a plethora of places to stay.
If your guests elect to stay in these areas and imbibe on your wedding night, Havasu Springs Resort has sourced a few shuttle recommendations that will both pick up and drop off at the resort. See that list below:
*Guests are able to leave their vehicles in our parking lot for overnight parking if needed, as we put a heavy emphasis on safety for all guests. We just ask that guests that leave their vehicles pick them up by noon the following day.
